Toptani Shopping Center, designed by MVRDV, is a major retail development in central Tirana. The façade system establishes a dynamic interface with the urban environment through accessible terraces, balconies, and layered cladding elements.

The envelope integrates stick curtain walls and cladding systems to create architectural depth and permeability.

ALCA executed over 13,000 m² of façade works, coordinating structural glazing and envelope detailing to support the project’s urban integration.
