Ekspozita Building
Mixed-Use
/Ekspozita Building is a 93-meter mixed-use tower in central Tirana, designed by Mario Cucinella Architects. Conceived as a permeable urban volume, the building integrates residential, commercial, and public functions around a central landscaped courtyard, enhancing urban connectivity and environmental quality.
The stepped massing and articulated façade respond to both climatic performance and urban scale. The envelope combines transparency, shading, and structural rhythm to define the tower’s vertical identity.
ALCA is delivering the complete façade package, including stick curtain wall systems and integrated shading elements. The scope requires advanced coordination across structure, architecture, and environmental performance to ensure precision execution across 24 storeys.
