ABA Business Center, designed by Bolles+Wilson and completed in 2008, was the tallest building in Albania at the time. The 83-meter high-rise combines office and commercial functions within a vertically articulated urban landmark.

The façade integrates stick curtain wall systems with external shading elements, contributing to both energy performance and architectural expression.

ALCA executed the façade systems across 12,000 m², coordinating structural, performance, and aesthetic requirements within a high-rise context.
