About the job

As a Site Manager, you will oversee on-site operations, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with safety and quality standards. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors while directly managing site teams to deliver world-class façade and curtain wall systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving delays or issues.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors for seamless execution.
Supervise and mentor site teams, ensuring high performance and compliance with safety standards.
Ensure compliance with all technical, legal, and safety requirements across site operations.
Develop project documentation, including work schedules, progress reports, and technical reports.
Prepare and manage project estimates, bills of quantities, and monthly work situation reports.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily site operations through regular inspections.
Proactively address operational risks and implement effective solutions.
Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, maintaining stock levels and avoiding over-ordering.
Promote and enforce a culture of safety, ensuring strict adherence to work safety procedures.
Ensure daily reporting aligns with internal policies and project requirements.
Maintain alignment with project teams and ensure updated coordination throughout all phases.

Requirements:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional with the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
3-5+ years of site management experience, preferably in the façade industry.
Strong knowledge of technical and legal documentation requirements for construction projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to coordinate and report effectively.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
Fluent in English.
