ALCA has expanded its manufacturing capabilities with the installation of a new vertical CNC machining centre by Muratori Machines, now fully operational at the company’s production facility.
The new Ranger CNC machining centre is designed for high-precision processing of aluminium composite panels used in façade systems. Its vertical configuration optimizes floor space within the factory while improving chip removal during machining, resulting in cleaner cuts and a more efficient workflow.

The CNC centre is supported by two dedicated post-processing machines — the Alu Bender and the Alu Folder — which allow precise bending, folding, and shaping of aluminium panels. Together, these machines enable ALCA to manage the full processing cycle of façade panels directly in-house.
This new production line complements the company’s two existing CNC machining centres by Emmegi, further strengthening ALCA’s ability to manufacture a wide range of façade components — from glazed curtain wall systems to complex ventilated cladding solutions.
The investment represents another step in the continuous development of ALCA’s manufacturing infrastructure, supporting greater precision, efficiency, and flexibility in the delivery of façade projects.
