The project involved the delivery of bespoke façade systems for a high-rise residential building characterised by complex geometry and the extensive integration of vegetation within the building envelope.

The architectural concept required a non-standard façade configuration, combining projecting balconies, integrated planters and external shading elements, resulting in irregular loads and demanding interface conditions. The aluminium façade system is based on the NC 65 STH profile series, specifically adapted to meet the architectural and performance requirements of the project.

The development of the system required a high level of customisation, including the manufacture of 14 custom aluminium extrusion dies, three dedicated rubber moulds and five bespoke façade accessories, engineered to accommodate complex geometries, tight tolerances and façade interface constraints.

ALCA acted as façade contractor and technical partner, supporting the project throughout design development, engineering, manufacturing and on-site installation. Close technical collaboration with the architectural team and the façade system manufacturer was essential to align architectural intent, engineering requirements and production constraints
