Tirana’s Rock
Residential
/Tirana’s Rock, designed by MVRDV, is an 85-meter mixed-use tower shaped as a sculptural representation of Skanderbeg. The building’s envelope is defined by continuous curved balconies forming a complex three-dimensional geometry.
The façade required precise adaptation of curtain wall systems to accommodate the curved profile and repetitive balcony integration. Structural coordination and dimensional control were critical to maintaining the intended sculptural form.
ALCA executed the curtain wall systems and envelope integration, supporting the project’s geometric complexity through advanced fabrication and on-site coordination
